Annual Homeowner's Fee
Annual homeowner dues are $125 for all homeowners in Middleton Park and are due on September 30th of each year.
Dues invoices will be mailed to homeowners around August 31st of each year.
The dues are assessed to fund the necessary expenses incurred to maintain our community. These expenses include, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintenance, Lawn Care and Upkeep in Common Areas

Sign Installation and upkeep

Common Area improvements

Insurance

Utilities (Common Area Water)

Association Operating Expenses

Social events and Annual Meeting
Annual Meeting
Annual Homeowner's Association Meetings are held in September. A letter with the place and time will be provided to homeowner's in advance.
